Everything should be in your salt mix.

The amount of FW added to replace evaporation is minimal. Pure RO water will not have any impact on the chemistry and is safe to use "as is".

remember, ONLY water evaporates...which means the concentrations of minerals increases in the tank due to evaporation...so adding pure R/O water restores the correct concentrations.
the only thing I could think of is if you're needing to add a buffering agent, or calcium, due to it being used up by corals/inverts.
