tap water filter

what do you think about the tap water filter from drfostersmith.com? http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Produc...1&N=2004&Nty=1

i have an ro/di unit but its just not working out in my apt. ive had to unhook it and im not sure about a faucet adapter...

suggestions???

I have that filter and I use it to make all my top-off water as well as water changes. As long as you keep an eye on the filter media it does a wonderful job. When the media gets old, it is useless. But works great, not problems at all!

It just pushes water through filter media. Takes a while, but so do RO/DI units.

yeah, thats half of my problem with my ro/di, but i guess it will be better since its not permantly attached to the sink.... thanks!!
