You have a pretty good set of values there. I'm usually pro T-5, but the price break on the Aqua Medic fixture is pretty nice.

The LED moonlights you could add yourself to the Aqua Medic fixture for pretty cheap, if that's why you're considering the extra expense, although it does also have the biggest wattage wallop of the pack.

I would do the 1st one on price alone as long as all things are equal. I have a 2x250 2x54w T5 setup and love it. I think the T5's would be better than the 2x96 for supplimenta.
