Aquarium Advice Activist
Just wanted to drop in and say Hi. I'll be moving from Kenosha to Crystal Lake in about a month.
Little about me..
I am just getting back into this from a few years break. I have had a fish tank of some sort roughly since I was about 7yrs old. I've worked in a LFS when I was in college to help with my habit, errr Hobby
I have bred a lot of FW fish and only some of the common SW fish. I currently learning all I can about reefkeeping which is a totally different world then fishkeeping. At least in terms of what is needed to keep them alive and prosper.
Once I move I'll be setting up a 125g all glass reef tank with 2 55g sumps. Not sure If I want to swap one over to a fuge(gotta learn more about them) yet. I do like the Berlin Protein skimmers but I think I might be swinging towards the AquaC EV180. Lighting is still up in the air but it will probably be 3 250W MH with 2 72" VHOs(for Actinics).
