Changing tanks need advice.

Ok so my guppies platys snails and catfish are in a 28litre (7 gallon ) tank at the moment
I just purchased a 156litre (41 gallon) it's all set up and I have the filter on and heater and in just waiting till the temperature rises to put my tropical fishies in.
Soooo how do I tackle the whole changing over thing. I have a few really pregnant girls so I need to be careful... Do I tip them in or catch them In a net and transfer???

Net the fish into the new tank you aware your probably going to have to re cycle the new tank yes ??? Nd you need to transfer the old water into new tank really and run the old filter in the new tank for at least a month to seed your new filter

Put your old filter in the new tank, let it run for an hour, place your fish in bags or containers and float them in the new tank to adjust to the temps, then let them go. Just keep an eye on them.
