Hello my tank has recently started to become really cloudy and green water? I've just done a 70% water change and the next day is again cloudy and green? Any ideas how to stop this.

I've tried not having the lights on and keeping the sun light away from it but hasn't seemed to work.

Hello Dave...

This is typical of tanks that haven't been running long. The water hasn't settled. Keep the lights off in the tank and in the room too if you can. Large, frequent water changes will help keep the water chemistry a bit more stable and do a good job of vacumming the bottom material. This too shall pass, just give it time.
