Did that 'Wonder Cycle' prod ever appear back on the market?

Forgive me, but I can't remember the name of that stuff for the life of me.

It's that refrigerated wonder 1-stop-shop tank cycling stuff with "real" bacteria, that the demand was so high, teh factory couldn't keep up with demand. And then we heard the factory was possibly damaged?

Does anyoen remember the name of that stuff? And if so, is back on the market yet?
