Depends on your needs, most of the times its just a transition, either going back no CO2 or going pressurized. If you really are considering giving your plants an extra hand and you have appropiate lighting Id sat go for it.

No use in adding CO2 if your lights arent allowing enough photosynthesis as to consume the CO2 already available. So tell us about your light setup.
