Feeding insects

Anyone know of any good insets to feed to mollies Bettas or glassfish? Something that'll either swim in the water or stride on the top of it that can be easily trapped in the tank

Depends on the size of fish, maybe baby crickets, insects aren't my style but I guess if you want to go that route go for it, but it does dirty the tank more with body parts.

Mosquito larva is a favorite of some of my fish.

I feed my skirt tetras ants all the time

My betta loved a nice earth worm. I use to keep a few in a container with dirt and all I'd "harvest" the "tails" and let the worm regrow.
