Details.

It was about this long l--------l (though could have been babies)

Well rounded for a body, a bit slender when face first.

Colour was blue, with several white dots surrounding the body, and a few mix of colours for the face. Couldnt remember what exactly. (almost SW-like)

Pretty expensive ($28 CDN)

Not an agile swimmer; graceful.

Very colourful and pretty fish; doesnt seem to be a schooler.

NOT a cichlid, and not a discus.

What is its body shape? Is it like a tetra? a cichlid? a barb? what is the finnage like?

Boday shape is rounded. More like a tetra. Small fins located bottom of body. Small tail.

Could it be a gourami? That is very small for a gourami though. And they are not usually so expensive.

maybe a baby ram? like a blue ram 8O I dunno. That's my best guess. Ram's aren't usually that expensive either.
