Fish ID for friend.

My friend got 5 small Congo tetras yesterday for his tank. On arriving home noticed one of the wasn't a Congo. Anyone any ideas would be appreciated.

The eyes are bluey green, as is the stripe down the lateral line.

I was thinking the same as soon as I saw the picture! They're very pretty but need a school for safety.
