A 10g tank it should be enough to sustain them and they seem to be soo happy

A typical goldfish like that which is in picture 2 needs more than a 10.

I hazard a guess that the one in the first picture is a shubunkin which can get 10 or more inches.

The one in the second picture looks like a fantail, which can also get 10 inches.

A 10g isn't suitable for either.

The betta, yes. The 10g is suitable.

I agree. I recommend you rehome those goldies and add something like a school of ember tetras with the betta. That would make for a nice 10 gal. I'm not sure if you're testing your water regularly, but with those goldies in a 10 gal it's probably...not good.
