Can I put a flying fox in my 25l nano tank, it has no fish in it right now, only plants. And if I can, do I have to put in 1 or more?

I would say no. If I'm not mistaken, flying foxes can get 6" or more; far too big for a tank that's around 6 gallons. If you like the look, maybe 3 penguin tetras?
