My oldest tiger barb looks like he is slowly turning into a moss green. Is this normal, I had a barb years ago who was older and he never did it!

There are green variants of tiger barbs, but I'm not sure about when they develop that color. How old is the one that is changing?

He's about 1 year old, he also has recently started doing headstands when he's resting. Don't get me wrong though he is healthy and happy and his three mates are as well. No photos sorry. I suck at taking them.
