Help with tank lights

I have the Top Fin® Aquarium Starter Kit - 37 Gallon and mine came with LED lighting but cannot find anywhere what the watt ratting is on them anyone have a clue?

i am wanting to make it into a planted tank will the leds work or do i need more light i cant tell how much i need because i dont know the leds current wattage

I really doubt plants would do well. The LED's that come with starter kits are typically very weak and do not put out the correct spectrum.

I figured that should i add more led light or get all new leds? ????
