how long to wait before adding fish?

I just finished cycling a 20g tank and added one blue dwarf gourami. my stocking list is gonna be the gourami I already have, 6 harlequin rasbora, and 1 Bolivian ram. how long should I wait ?



Also my ph is kinda high 8-8.4 is there any way to fix this or does it matter ???

If you fishless cycled and dosed to 3-4 ammonia you should be able to stock right away. Just test the water regularly after you add fish to make sure the cycle is holding. Congrats!
