How to tell the sex of my fish this is my paradise gouami

Paradise fish looks like a male.... long fins, colourful.

Blue gourami lacks filaments on the dorsal and anal fins, so probably a female (but possibly immature male). Body shape / plumpness suggests female though

Male, and female. If they're really in bowls, I feel sad for them.

Paradise fish looks like a male, gourami looks like a female. Both get fairly large and need at least 20 gallon tanks, neither will be healthy or happy in a bowl :/

Need help with my fish think he's sick or somethinghis color more pale belly bloated and red lump possible scales coming off around it and by where it poops won't let me post pict ugh can't figure it out!

I only put them in smaller tank to get better pictures I have 300 gallon tank and few others. Eaiser to clean big tank when transfer them to smaller
