Indian Dwarf Puffer Fish

I want some dwarf puffers, But I now absolutely nothing about them. So I was hoping if you can give all the facts, Pros, and Cons about Indian Dwarf Puffers. Like are they very easy? My tank is ready for fish so can they be the first ones in? Tankmates? Stuff like that?

My club members keep them in species only tanks. Their only tank mates are typically Otos. They typically offer them at least 5 gallons per Pea Puffer. Heavily planted tanks. Good filtration , due to their diet puffers are messy fish. When we have meetings we bring extra snails to the meetings for the people who own puffers.
