Is my dumbo a male or female

Could you lovley people please tell me if my dumbo betta is male or female. We thourt male when we purchased it. But have had people tell us she is female.

Looks like a male but if you think want to know for sure check underneath. If you see a white spot coming out (not very far) then it's a female. The spot is called an egg spot and only females have it.

I would say 99% that is a female.

Could you post more pictures or a video? If you can get him/her to flare in a video, it’d be easier to tell.
