is this over kill on lighting

so i got a hold of some leds they come in strips of 6leds 5mm flux i got 7 cool white at10200 kelvin and 3 natural white at 7950 kelvin also 3 uv black at 405 nm

and some rgb with remote and color changing module for mood lighting...this is going in a 75 gal fw tank with about 18 plants also got a dimmer switch if needed... some feed back to see if i did good or just overkilled it

i ordered the parts from super bright led and got aluminum from homedepot i still need a few jumpers to add the last of the light s and add the blue led strip under the lights and mount it and cover with plexglass...thanx
