King/Royal/Kerri Tetras (all the same species)

Has anyone ever seen these in a store or on-line shop anywhere?

Seems like a better version of an emperor tetra (and I like blue better than purple anyway ). Smaller and not so mean.

I think I have seen them for sale on Aquabid occasionally, but not very often. They usually call them Kerri tetras or blue tetras.
