Levels

I just had a brain fart and need some help. my tank has been established for a year now. I just forgot what the levels should to be when I test the water. I know that nitrates need to be under 20. But I just spaced on wha nitrites and ammonia need to be.

In a cycled tank ammonia and nitrites should be 0.
