Loach ID please

Hey All,

So I bought 2 Burmese Loaches from my lfs. I came home and the Loaches look different. Did I get two of the same species, or two different? One has just stripes, and the other has dots in the stripes.

Also, I only have 2 Loaches right now, and I know I need more for them to be happy. Does it matter what type of Loaches I have together, and how many should I have. Right now I have them in a 55g tank.

Sorry my pics are not in the same orientation, kind of hard to get a good pic of them, they are very active.

They look like striped loaches to me

Well I looked up Burmese and Striped Loach on Google and both looked the same, or had the same images...

So how can I figure out what I have, and if they are the same species?
