Log sheets to print?

I ran across a printable form that keeps track of water chemistry, water changes, temp, etc. I think it was called AquaLog Entry form.....anyone have something to link an entry form like that in this discussion area? Obviously I'm not good with Excel!

I use this log sheet for my reef tank. It has some stuff that you won't need, but all of the basics are there.

You can use the tabs at the bottom to track a whole bunch of stuff including livestock / equipment additions.

You can set the acceptable range for the water parameters by changing the numbers in the blue bar on the Results tab. Everything else is pretty much automated. I tried to make a freshwater sheet modeled after this one, but I just don't know excel nearly well enough.

Thank you Mebbid for that spreadsheet! I converted it to freshwater by removing some unnecessary stuff.
