Aquarium Advice Regular
Figured id make this thread for the simple fact that I was bored. There will be pictures. XD It contains 5 red bellies and about 400 snails. (They keep the algae in check and I siphon a few out every cleaning.)
I remove 30-40 gallons depending on how dirty it is. I normally replace the water with a garden hose, but its getting cold here and I now have to use 5 gallon buckets. So much fun.
I never remove the fish from the tank or use a divider. Im just always aware of where they are and I give them space.
I unplug all equipment except for the canister filter. After the tank is full, I put all deco and plants that were disturbed back to their place. I clean the glass tops and wipe down the glass. After all that is done I plug everything back in.
