Question about dwarf hair grass

I recently purchased DHG from petsmart about 2 weeks ago and noticed that it’s drooping over towards the ground, also on the tips it appears as though some types of roots are growing or extending. Could someone please help me identify what this all means, thank you.

Dwarf hair grass can be grown at lower light levels but usually requires fairly bright lighting to get established. What fixture are you running and do you have pressurized co2?

I’m using a 15v LED light, it’s a 55 gallon tall aquarium, I don’t have co2 just an air stone
