How do i raise PH levels up?

I have a 32l tank which is home to my Green Spotted Puffer..It is gravel base with a couple live plants and coral rock..As he is a Brackish lil fella, i am struggling to get the PH up..Ive got the Salinity ok, but PH level reads 7.4 and i need it to get up to around 8.2 but dont know how to.....Any suggestion? :D

Or crushed coral. <That would have higher surface area so more can dissolve in - as opposed to just a single piece of coral.>

I use marine salt, was told to use that, not aquarium salt...Ive two large pieces of rock (dont know what you call it, it looks like coral but its not)..

Limestone is what it sounds like you have. The ones with a bunch of holes in it and stuff right? Try using coral sand, it's cheap, looks good and has loads of minerals. But rinse the stuff out well or you will not only have cloudy water for weeks but also TOO much minerals in the water.
