Not sure what rabbit snails are, but mysteries, ramshorns, and MTS only eat dead or dying plants, unless they're starving.

both are plant safe. the pure orange ones tend to be a harder one to find. they do better in hard water in higher temps 80+

yes there are though they are uncommon such as pomacea canaliculata.
