I tried feeding my fish NLS Thera+ A. It has garlic in it, but my fish still refused it so does that mean that even if I buy Garlic Guard and soak the food in it they'll still refuse it cuz they refused food that already has garlic in it?

Not sure - personally I find the more expensive the fish food, the less the fish are inclined to eat it. You could try a small container perhaps?

That funny but ive gotten guilty over the years and bought top quality foods and often feel same way.

Ann..

Garlic is very nutritious, but you have to be careful to check ingredients. There can be additives in the product that may not be good for your fish. If you want to feed it, get a cheap garlic press and peel some fresh cloves and mash up a little and drop it into the tank.
