The chemicals are viable for a at least a few years. How long you can make the bottle last depends on how often you test.

The API FW Master kit contains this:
Ammonia - 130 tests
Nitrite - 180 tests
Nitrate - 90 tests
You can double the amount of nitrate tests by using a syringe to measure out 2.5mL instead of 5mL.
