What this on my apisto

Had this male apisto for 7 months all of sudden yesterday i noticed a small white bump on his lip an pectoral fin. Anyone have any clue what this is?
Also he is eating. And swimming normal no other males but a female apisto
Water parameters are all good jus tested them api master test kit

Could be any number of things like a fungal or bacterial infection; or simply an abrasion of some sort. I'd keep a close eye on it for now and hopefully it doesnt' get any worse!
