Worms? Leeches?

Hi there! Does anyone have any idea what these are? I am guessing some sort of worm or leech but not sure. They have taken over my substrate! Haven't seen any on my actual fish. Just wondered. Thanks!

No, I don't believe so. I have only ever fed out frozen blood worms.

They are dark in color, about 2 inches when they are fully stretched out. They pop up above the gravel at feeding time and then disappear again. Like I said, they don't seem to be bothering the fish, but I do have some diggers (kuhlie loaches) and I don't want them running into anything unfriendly under there.
