Shrimp Tank Ideas?

I am going to have a 20 gallon long shrimp tank. I need help on what I should do with the aquascape as well as what kind of shrimp to get. Since I'm lazy and cheap I was told some type of cherry shrimp should work well. Any ideas?

Is the tank planted? High tech or low tech? Will you be including things like driftwood, mosses, etc? Cherry shrimp are indeed the best shrimp to start with. I'd look to start with 10-20, but also remember they do best in tanks that have been established for some time already.

Not planted, low tech, definitely want to do some combination of rocks, driftwood, and Java moss. Thanks I think I will go with cherry shrimp now I just need to decide which kind.
