Need help, used great value ammonia!

Hello!
In an attempt to do a fishless cycle, I used great value ammonia from walmart, thinking it was fine, but now that I've looked more into it, I realized it probably was a bad idea.

What should I do now? Do I have to toss everything? Would boiling it be fine? Is it actually safe if I just do a water change?

Any advice is appreciated!

It would help if you could post a picture of what you used. Is it made for fish tanks? Does it contain any other ingredients?
