Anyway of getting small nh and no down after transfering tanks

I have just set up a 280 lt total tank and sump reef ive added 30%water for my current tank and the rest of fresh ro salt mix dd + salt got slight ammonia and nitrite spikes i know this is common but i need to get my old tank gone out of the old house asap so i need to transfer all my liestock corals chromis shrimp ect any advice?
