Clean-Up Crew

At what point during the cycle do I add a clean-up crew? Or do I wait for the tank cycle to complete?

TIA

Wait until the cycle is complete before adding any kind of livestock. The ammonia and nitrite levels during a cycle can (and usually do) reach deadly levels for fish and inverts.
