Clean up crew

I just got a 28 gallon saltwater fish tank and I've had it set up for about 2 weeks. I was wondering if I could put a clean up crew in it. Could I put a couple crabs, shrimp and some snails? Or is it to early to put anything in yet?

Is your cycle complete? How did you cycle? what are your current levels?
