Creating sunrise/sunset effect.

I am using compact fluorescent 2x96w light fixture. Is it better to have two actinic/10000K bulbs or one actinic and one 10000K? Plan is to create sunrise/sunset effect. I thinking of having one bulb on for an hour in the morning and one for an hour in the evening.

I have my blues come on first followed by the whites and in the reverse order at night. So If it were me I;'d get white bulbs and actinic bulbs and run them on some cheap timers.

I was sure if I should use actinic alone to create sunrise.
