I was going to move one of my Korila flow heads over to the SW tank from the FW tank as I think it's too much in the smaller tank. I've bought a smaller version for the FW. I don't want to bring any organisms over to the SW what's recomended for cleaning it. Do you have to go nuts or just a fresh water bath and some dry time? Thanks...

Steve

If you're worried you can wash it out in a mixture of white vinegar (1:20 with water), then let it dry and you should be good to go.

anything that was in the fresh should be killed by the salt. but I agree just do the vinagar treetment.

I agree with mdaniel most everything will be killed x'fering from fersh to salt... but the vinagar wash wont hurt, just make sure you rinse it well with tap water to make sure all vinagar is off it
