How to feed a yellow watchman goby?

I have a tiger pistol shrimp and a yellow watchman goby pair that are hiding under a rock and the watchman goby is extremely thin, maybe around 7mm thick, so I am wondering how to feed it, since my other fish try and gobble down anything that looks edible. The lady at my LFS gave me “sinking pellets” but they don’t sink and it is really hard to feed it mysis shrimp and involves putting my hand and arm in the water, and if I don’t get food to it, it will die in around 1 1/2 weeks. Any suggestions?

Use a turkey baster to target feed the hole.
