So I just set up a 55 with a 20l fuge (live rock sand and fish transferred from biocibe 29) anyways its been running for a few days and I decided to add sand to my I used live sand fiji pink and it clouded the whole tank and I see my clownfish freaking out in there...will they be OK?

You can turn your powerheads off for a tad bit to let the sand settle. It isn't healthy, but it won't kill them in the short term. To avoid this, you should use some PVC pipe to pour sand directly into the bottom of the tank.
