What are normal levels (if there is such a thing) for a new tank still being cycled? I tested my water today and ph is perfect but ammonia is .25, nitrate is 5.0 and the nitrite is 5.0! Is this normal? Tank is almost 2 weeks old

Dont worry about PH during the cycle. Your PH results are skewed because of ammonia and nitrite. Wait for the cycle to be over and then do a 33% PWC and then worry about the PH. During the cycle only worry about Ammonia, nitrites and nitrates.
