new anemone

Ok, I just purhcased a long tentacle anemone and acclimated him using drip acclimation and the minute he got into the tank he scuttled underneath some live rocks... excuse me for these newbie questions...

first, is this normal ?

second, how long does it usually take them to really acclimate, a couple days ?

update, he came out from the rock... he's starting to open up.. yay

Anemones can take up to a couple of weeks to settle in. Just keep an eye on it. Offer the anemone some squid in a couple days.
