New tank new to salt

Hi there im looking to start a salt water tank with two clowns,mandarine,wrasse,goby,shrimp,snails and would like corals zoas,xenias etc(beginer stuff)
Tank size 39" long 17"1/2 high and 13"1/2 wide
I have so far:-
Deltec mce300
Fluval e200 heater
Ordered:-
165 full spectrum led light
Classica marine aragonite 20kg
Instant ocean aquarium salt

Is all ok and will a
jebao rw-4 wavemaker ok
And will 15kg of live rock be ok

All help and advice greatfully recieved

In Mandarin needs a well matured tank. Your tank is too new and will always be too small

Ok thanks.
But is that enough live rock and would that wavemaker create enough movement for this size tank??
And is the classica substrate anygood?

I'd add 4-6 kg more. If my math is right. Roughly .5 kg per 4 litres
