My one rock goes up kinda high in my tank and all my anemones have decided to live on top of it. Now I need to do larger pwc right now, so is it ok if they are without water for a minute until I get the new water in?

Yes, it will be fine. Just dont leave it out too long and make sure your water has been mixing for 24 hours.

I would imagine they might move.....and then move back.

Dunno if they would move or not, but they will be okay for a few minutes out of water, I agree.
