After research...I figured the refug (ADI-USA) is for a 75 gallon tank, but my tank is a 100 gallon. Will this be ok?

yeah, a bigger one is always better but it will still have a good effect.
for a sump/fuge we always recomend going as large as you can afford and can fit in your stand
