Is all this red algae and bubbles normal inside refugium?

Is it slimy red algae? How much flow do you have going through the sump? Is your current macroalgae growing?

Yes it does look like red slime. The flow is pretty slow going through my sump and my macro algae stopped growing.

Take out all the red and figure out a way to increase the flow going through the fuge.
