RO with a water softner

Hi I'm new to this site and this is my first post. I have a Bio cube 29 reef for only 4 months. My question is i have a culligan water softner and the top of line R/O system that I'm using for my PWC's. My ph is running 7.8-8.0 range and my KH is 12dkh. Could the soft water cause my lower ph with high end KH? I also use Kents nano reef part A & B 3 to 4 times per week. One other question has anyone have any experience using an aquaipure nitrate filter. Did it work for you? Thanks!

I had the same Ph issue and I just pointed my power heads up a little to increase gas exchange and that raised my Ph up to 8.3 give that a try

If that doesn't work you can always dose some ph buffer. But definatly try to increase the gas exchange firsr
