Small green slugs on the glass-good/bad?

He everyone,

Lately i got a huge life bloom in my tank..
Have tons of white bugs crawling on the glass and lately have been seeing some baby snails :)
So thats probably good.. But

I see those green almost rectangle shaped things crawling on the glass.. I can see them move.. I can count 5 so probably i have at least 25 of those..
Are they bad?

They just look like small buggers on the glass 1mm in size...
Cant really get their shape or what they look like from looking at them .. Too tiny to mee..

Any ideas?
 
Some better pictures... Cought about 8 of those now... They are on a bowl outside the tank..
The red stuff is fish food and some strings of cheota...
All the green spots its those animals

Flatworms, I doubt they are the harmful ones. They just kinda get out of control pretty easily, certain wrasses will eat them.
