take a look at my anemone and tell me if is normal

i bought it a week ago it start moving yesterday evening moved bout 3 inches towards the back of the tank , i put my hands in and rearrange the rocks, i didn't touch it ,is that a normal look for a green carpet anemone!

No. It looks terrible actually. What are your current water parameters? What lighting are you using?
